More complex issues, like water damage or motherboard repairs, may take 1–3 business days. We’ll always give you an estimated turnaround time when you book your repair.
- 02At Mobile Twist, we use high-quality parts that meet or exceed manufacturer standards. In some cases, we may offer both genuine and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) alternatives, depending on your preference and budget. We’ll always let you know what’s being used before we begin the repair.
- 03Yes — your data is not affected during most standard repairs. However, we recommend backing up your device before bringing it in, especially for major repairs. While we take every precaution to protect your data, Mobile Twist is not responsible for data loss, so backing up is always a good idea.
- 04Walk-ins are always welcome at Mobile Twist, but we recommend booking an appointment to ensure faster service and part availability. You can book online, call us, or visit your nearest store to schedule a repair.
