Repairs Warranty

At Mobile Twist, we stand behind the quality of our repairs. All repairs completed at any Mobile Twist store come with a 60-day limited warranty. This warranty covers only the parts replaced and services specifically agreed upon with the customer at the time of repair.

Please note:

• This warranty does not cover any damage unrelated to the original repair.

• Physical or liquid damage occurring after the repair will void the warranty.

• We do not take responsibility for any issues caused by further damage after the repair has been completed.

Liquid Damage Repairs

Our 60-day limited warranty also applies to repairs involving liquid damage, but only to the specific components quoted and repaired.

Please be aware:

• Only the parts listed in the repair quote are covered.

• We do not provide coverage for additional or subsequent failures.

• Change of mind or decisions not to replace certain components (e.g., choosing not to replace an LCD screen) are not covered under this warranty.

Sales, Returns, and Exchange Policy

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for any product that experiences a major failure.

Our policy includes:

• Exchanges are available, but change of mind returns are not accepted.

• In cases where products were used or damaged at the time of purchase, standard return terms do not apply.

Please note: These terms and conditions do not cover any damage that occurs after the invoice date.
